• e-NDAs and remuneration agreements: document confidentiality, roles and commercial arrangements before progressing.
• Track & Trace: follow the recorded status and subsequent handling of distributed dossiers.

We respect the relationship you built

Good advisers spend years earning their clients' trust. We recognise that value. LinkedVest is not designed to remove advisers from the transaction. We do, however, expect the same respect for other participants' mandates, introductions and agreed arrangements.

No verifiable mandate? No access.

Anyone can call themselves an adviser. Within LinkedVest, you must be able to show whose interests you represent and the authority under which you act. Knowing someone who may know the owner is not sufficient.

Have an oral instruction but nothing signed? We can help you put the arrangement into writing so that your mandate can be assessed. A model mandate can be requested for that purpose.
