THE PLATFORM
Establish the fit before sharing the identities.
Buyers, owners and advisers should be able to decide early whether a transaction is worth pursuing. That should not require everyone to exchange names, addresses and confidential data at the outset.
1. Record the asset or acquisition mandate
An owner or authorised adviser submits the property information. A buyer or authorised adviser records the acquisition criteria. More complete information gives the matching process a better basis for comparison.
2. Review and match anonymously
Participants with appropriate permissions can evaluate anonymous opportunities or buyer demand. Matching helps identify relevant prospects and flag obvious mismatches early.
3. Express interest and establish authority
When an opportunity attracts serious interest, we assess the parties involved, their roles and their authority to proceed. Not every expression of interest will qualify for the next step.
4. Execute the NDA and approve disclosure
The required agreements are completed and checked. Only then can specifically authorised identifying details or documents be shared. An NDA is a condition of the process, not automatic access to the entire dossier.
5. Terms, due diligence and negotiation
If the parties wish to proceed, they move into the appropriate commercial and professional steps — potentially including a letter of intent, legal and financial reviews, and negotiation of the transaction terms.
6. Completion
If agreement is reached and the relevant conditions are satisfied, completion takes place with the appointed professional parties.
Not every opportunity should become a transaction. Sometimes the best result is identifying early why it should not proceed.
