Evaluate the property without identifying it
Our anonymous teasers focus on the data relevant to the asset class and property type. We protect more than names and addresses: the combination of disclosed details must also be considered, because a property can sometimes be identified indirectly.
Admission is not access to everything
Applications are reviewed. The permissions granted depend on the participant's role, authority and approved functions. AMP and SMP are not open databases of properties, clients or acquisition mandates.
Agreements and verification come before disclosure
Where additional information is requested, the relevant conditions apply. These can include checking identity and authority, executing the applicable NDA and obtaining approval for the specific disclosure.
We expect the same standards from you
If you act for a client, demonstrate your mandate. Do not submit altered documents or present assumptions as proven results. Respect existing client relationships, introductions and binding agreements.
Privacy without enough information to make a decision is not useful. Information without privacy is not acceptable. LinkedVest is built around both.
